Anticancéreux oraux : Mise à jour des fiches médicaments

Pour répondre à la demande des professionnels de santé franciliens, ONCORIF, en accord avec l’ARS, met à disposition des patients et des professionnels, des fiches d’information sur les médicaments anticancéreux par voie orale disponibles en France.
A ce jour, les fiches reprises sur le site ONCORIF proviennent des OMEDITs Bretagne, Normandie et Pays de la Loire. Celles-ci se sont rapprochées récemment autour d’une collaboration pour la mise à disposition d’outils et de fiches pour le bon usage des médicaments anticancéreux par voie orale.
Une nouvelle version harmonisée des fiches patient et professionnel est en cours de déploiement depuis juillet 2020. Celle-ci vise à une mise en page plus lisible avec l’ajout de nouvelles sections pour les professionnels de santé : surveillances spécifiques durant le traitement, interactions médicamenteuses plus détaillées, gestion des principaux effets indésirables.
Les anticancéreux oraux n’ayant pas encore de fiche disponible auprès de ces OMEDITs sont signalés par une * dans le tableau ci-dessous.
L’OMEDIT Bretagne propose des fiches patient traduites en anglais.
OMEDIT Bretagne, OMEDIT Pays de la Loire, OMEDIT Normandie, lARS Bretagne et CAPISEN Junior-Entreprise ont lancé une application mobile qui permet d’accéder facilement aux fiches d’information.

Une boite à outils est mise à disposition des pharmaciens d’officine pour accompagner les patients sous anticancéreux oraux.
Pour signaler des effets indésirables, incidents ou risques d’incidents liés aux produits de santé, rendez-vous sur le Portail de signalement des événements sanitaires indésirables mis en place par le Ministère chargé de la santé.
L’INCa met à disposition des professionnels de santé un référentiel “Chimiothérapies orales conventionnelles” abordant les effets indésirables les plus communément associés à leur prise.
